I thought this was some sort of spam or an internet scam of some sort?

 HireLogics is a bona fide employment agency and a registered employer on many  of the best employment web sites like Monster.com, Yahoo.com/HotJobs.com,  and CareerBuilder.com. If we have contacted you, it is for a legitimate position with  an actual company, and is in response to your resume posting on one of the major  job boards. This not an "internet scam" of any sort, and we NEVER SPAM. We  also do not normally offer commission only or insurance sales positions.
